Delivery Information

Shipping and Processing Times

Once you place your order, our team works quickly to prepare and package your items. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Times 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method. For most orders, you can expect delivery within 7-15 business days, depending on various factors such as customs processing and location. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your delivery location, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. Customs and Import Duties

Delivery Issues 

Delayed or Lost Packages 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where packages are delayed or lost. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team at tikkamasalatango@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and keep you informed throughout the process. 

Incorrect Address 

It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. TikkaMasalaTango is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have provided the wrong address, please contact us immediately at tikkamasalatango@gmail.com so we can attempt to correct it before the package is shipped. 

Damaged or Missing Items 

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tikkamasalatango@gmail.com. We will ask for photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product or if you received the wrong item, please contact us, and we will work to find a satisfactory resolution.
